1953 Dodge Pickup with 1500 miles on the build. The truck is very solid, no rust issues that we have found. The paint is a few years old and in very good condition. It does have a few small chips a couple of places that have been touched up but still very presentable driver quality paint. The truck is powered by a newley rebuilt 354 Chrysler Hemi. During the rebuild a Th 350 GM three speed automatic transmission was used and a late model Jeep rear axle was chosen with 3:55 gearing for cruising at highway speeds. The truck was treated to a new complete aftermarket wiring harness with classic instuments custom gauges also. Everything works on the truck, lights, wipers,gauges, horn... all of it!. The truck has been upgraded with a front disc brake setup also for safety. This pickup runs ,rides and drives as good as any we have had, it takes highway speed comfortably and safely. The interior is bare bones but very nice with no damage. A Lokar custom shifter was used in the build along with aftewrmarket pedals and seat belts. The custom vintage logos were added recently and are painted with one shot. New radial tires were also added in the build. This one can be driven daily and would suite anyone!
