1964 Ford F100 - SOLD!!!
Shop trucks are the big thing for folks that dont want to spend more time cleaning than enjoying the truck. This one is just the case. The truck itself had worn driver quality paint that could have used some help. The outside of the body faded but solid was sanded to give it a great semi flat look. The tailgate has a little bodywork showing, the floor pans have had a couple of small spots fixed as well as the center section of the bed floor. The trucks suspension was upgraded during the build, a new Heidts IFS was installed for a great ride, lowered stance and reliability. With this upgrade you get tubular contol arms, disc brakes, dropped spindles and rack and pinion steering. The rear axle was flipped and the frame was C notched again for a great ride and stance. The engine is a later rebuilt 302 backed by a C6 three speed automatic transmission. The rear axle is a factory 9 inch with 3:25 gearing. The engine was upgraded with electronic ignition, headers, polished aluminum intake manifold and a holley carb. A great sound was achieved by an upgraded camshaft, sounds like a 270 grind for a good lope through the flowmaster mufflers. The truck runs and shifts great. The inside needed freshening so a complete new interior was installed, the burgandy vinyl seat cover, dash pad, headliner and carpeting are all new. All of the steel interior panels were painted to match the material for a custom finished look. The lights and gauges are working as well as the wipers and the newly installed am/fm/cd stereo. A new set of 20 and 18 inch Riddler wheels were added to round out the look. Call Scott for further details at 615 476 1195.
